In early 2020, we were contacted by Cyclis, the pioneer in bicycle leasing. At the time, the rapidly growing scale-up was having a number of challenges in terms of end-user experience.
We faced the challenge to rebuild their entire customer experience. This included redesigning the design system to establish a future-proof foundation.
The solution
Starting with a series of design workshops, we created a complete redesign. By separating web portals for various groups of end-users, catering to their specific needs. The cross-device designs streamlined the old user.
